Application Form
Application forms for the following month are available and linked on the "Book" page and are due on the second Sunday of the month. After reviewing your child's profile, we will decide whether or not to admit your child. The form will take about 5~10 minutes to fill out. This is to ensure that your goals are in line with what we offe
In addition to the application form, we ask that you fill in the following agreement form

We offer Monthly Packages in which lessons are provided once per week for the month booked. If you would like to request lessons for a different month, please fill out the form for each applicable month.
＊Please note that a seat is not guaranteed upon submission of the form. Each month, 5 students will be selected for Level 2 and 3 for Level 1.

We will reply with an email one week later (by the third Sunday of the month). At the same time, we will send you the content of the class and the link to Google Meet. Please reply "confirm" if you wish to take the lesson. If you do not wish to take the lesson, please reply "cancel".
Response
If you do not reply within 3 days, another student will fill in the lesson for your part. The student who will replace another will be notified by e-mail by the two days after the third Sunday of the month. When you receive the email, please reply "confirm" if you wish to take the lesson. If you do not wish to take the lesson, please reply "cancel".

Start of Lesson
Classes are held every month with a fixed number of members. Level 2 is every Saturday afternoon
Level 1 is every Monday from 8:00pm to 8:30pm.
